Each order from outside Germany has to be paid in advance 
by banktransfer, PayPal, Visa or Mastercard. 
Goods will be manufactured and shipped immediately after receiving the  money.

Delivery time:
Normally 2 workingdays after ordering the goods will be shipped.
If  items from external companies are not on stock, delivery time can take approx. 3 to 6 weeks.

We only ship by insured parcels. No risk for the customer.

Returning / change of not weared and impeccable goods within 2 weeks possible.
Please always wear a brief upon trying one of our goods as for obvious reason.
Pants, custom made goods and videos/DVDs are not returnable / changeable.
Shippingcosts will be paid by the customer (you will get the money back if we have made a mistake). 
Not stamped returns will not be accepted.

If goods will be returned, within EU you will get the money back, from outside EU you will have an asset (credit) 
in height of the value of the goods.
